Gail Wasserman Feinzig

I graduated from UConn in 1964. I was a 2nd grade teacher for two yrs. at Nathan Hale School in New Haven, CT and for two yrs. at Stephenson School in New Rochelle, NY. Then I taught at the NYU Reading Institutue for about 5 yrs. while pursuing my Master's Degree. Got married in '72 and taught basic reading and study skills at Bklyn. College for two years. We moved to Plainview, NY on Long Island and then I took a hiatus to raise my son, Aaron. Returned tojteaching in 1981 at the NY Institute of Technology in Old Westbury, NY on Long Island. Also taught basic skills at C.W. Post. At Tech, I taught English composition, literature and techinical writing for the prpfessions. I love it. Reluctantly retired due to medical issues in Dec of 2012 after 34 yrs. We moved to St. Augustine FL in 2016.
